The Northeast PA Logistics & Transportation Industry Partnership is sponsoring a Job Fair on Saturday, May 19 from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. The Job Fair will be held at the Best Western Genetti Inn & Suites in Hazleton.

Logistics and Transportation firms in the Luzerne, Schuylkill, Lackawanna, Northern Tier and Pocono counties with employment openings will be at the Job Fair. Job-seekers are encouraged to attend this event in order learn more about positions and opportunities that are available. Companies will be looking for skilled workers in the management, logistics, distribution, mechanical, engineering and transportation fields.

The Logistics & Transportation Industry is comprised of organizations related to the storage, transportation and distribution of goods. While transportation is the heart of logistics -- inventory management, warehousing, order processing, materials handling, packaging and customer service are also important responsibilities within the field.
