The NEPA Logistics & Transportation Industry Partnership Career Pathways Model is one helpful item that is available from our website. It works like a roadmap for employers and employees. The skills and training needed for each position in the Logistics and Transportation Industry are outlined the model, making it easy for employees and employers to see the next step. Additionally, there is a PowerPoint presentation that companies can use to demonstrate the benefits of utilizing the Career Pathways model to their employees.
